Abstract
This paper presents a cost-effective production method for high-precision, complex 3D mm-wave components and antenna prototyping. The selected manufacturing process, Laser Powder bed fusion, has been optimized for high printing resolutions. Two mm-wave (75-110GHz) structures have been designed, prototyped and characterized. These are hollow waveguide sections and iris-based phase shifters.
