In this paper a promising photovoltaic cell antenna solution for Internet of Things (IoT) and wearable applications is presented. In the proposed solution no physical modification of the photovoltaic cell is needed. The photovoltaic cell metallic components is used as an antenna part for a radio frequency (RF) transceiver. Prototyped antenna has been characterized in lab environment. The antenna is well matched at 1.5 GHz.en_US
