Abstract
Dizziness is a leading cause of falls, and its clinical therapeutic maneuvers often fail when self-administered due to a lack of objective kinematic guidance. We present a wearable device, qLibre, integrating inertial measurement unit (IMU) and electrooculography (EOG) sensors with real-time artificial intelligence (AI) interpretation to enable accurate, self-administered therapy at home. Pilot testing achieved 100% sensitivity, confirming its reliable detection of correct maneuvers, and establishing its potential for effective personalized treatment.
