We present a prototype of a direct time-of-flight flash LiDAR for underwater applications which employs a SPAD-based sensing technology. A set of four 64x64 pixel detectors combined with an adjustable field-of-view enable high resolution, real-time imaging for efficient mapping of shallow-water coastal areas, monitoring underwater infrastructure, and detecting objects.
