Abstract
The concept of biohacking is gaining traction as advances in data acquisition and AI enable increasingly personalized health optimization strategies. This talk explores how predictive AI and multi-omics technologies can be leveraged to assess biological age, disease risk, and immune health, with a focus on prevention and longevity. By integrating molecular measurements, phenotypic data, lifestyle factors, and environmental influences, AI-driven models provide actionable insights to guide personalized interventions. The presentation critically discusses current scientific evidence, limitations, and ethical considerations, emphasizing that many approaches remain experimental and require careful validation. Case studies from immune aging and phenomics illustrate how AI can support individualized feedback loops for health monitoring and intervention tracking. Overall, the talk positions AI-enabled biohacking as a research-driven extension of preventive medicine rather than a replacement for clinical care.
